A five-year-old boy came to us with several decayed teeth, in pain and unable to enjoy his favourite food. Using tooth-coloured strip crowns, we restored his teeth and his cheery smile.
Many children reach us with teeth too decayed to save. When extraction is the only option, with or without sedation, we place a space maintainer so the gap is kept open and the permanent tooth can come in properly later.
